The troubleshooting of  a PC is done by booting into safe mode.
In Older Versions Of Windows Safe mode Can Be achieved by pressing the F8 key.
But It Is Changed In Windows 8..So I am Discussing About How To Turn On Windows 8 SafeMode










Turning ON Safe Mode on Windows 8

The trick is to hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key, this will sometimes boot you into the new advanced “recovery mode”,  Now Click On  See Advanced Repair Options


Then  click on the Troubleshoot option.


Now select Advanced Options.


Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option ..


Here You Will Get to the SafeMode...Click On Restart.


Now On Starting It Will Go Through The Below Screen.......


Here You Can Select SafeMode...

Today I am Going To Discuss How to Use Windows 8 Metro Apps in a Net Book or Notepad. 


The Maximum default Screen Resolution in Notepads is 1028*600.But Windows 8 Apps Required 1028*768 Resolution.So You Can Follow the Following Steps To Change Your Screen Resolution to Maximum Of 1028*768.




STEPS:


Step 1 :

First Open RUN By Pressing
+ R



Now It Opens Run As Shown Below




Step 2 :

Now Type regedit.exe and press enter now it will opens .....




After That  Press Ctrl+F in the registry editor and do a search for display1_downscalingsupported

You should see a setting named “Display1_DownScalingSupported” in the right pane.





Step 3 :

Double Click on it....It will Display as below






Change the value from 0 to 1.Then Restart your computer and open the Screen Resolution window. You should be able to set your screen resolution to 1024×768, which will allow you to launch Modern apps.




If you see a black screen after trying this trick, you can boot to safe mode to undo your changes.
